~MAJOR PARKING CHANGE~

Hyde Park Street Fair 2017

Feb. 1, 2017

Dear Vendors,

Parking in the North End neighborhood has always been a problem for the fair. Our neighbors around Camel’s Back Park have limited parking; many use only the street in front of their homes. The North End Neighborhood Association has found a solution to help alleviate the issue.

Vendors will now have their own mandatory parking area. We have contracted with The Pursuit and Healthwise, t

wo nearby organizations with large parking lots on Bogus Basin Road. We will be issuing PARKING PASSES to all non-food vendors and will offer shuttle service between the parking lots and Cam

el’s Back Park.

You will be utilizing the lots in the following manner:

  • Thursday & Friday, Sept. 14-15: THE PURSUIT (2590 N. Bogus Basin Road)
  • Saturday & Sunday, Sept. 16-17: HEALTHWISE (2601 N. Bogus Basin Road)

You will be parking in BOTH lots over the weekend.

We ask that vendors limit the number of vehicles to ONLY ONE. We can try to make arrangements for those who absolutely need additional space, but please realize we have LIMITED parking.

The entrance to the lots will have a security attendant who will check for your pass and keep out other vehicles.

We are working on a shuttle schedule that fits inside your fair hours in the morning and evening and mid-day, if needed, for restocking or getting you to and from the fair. The parking lots are within walking distance from Camel’s Back Park. (ADA parking will remain unchanged.)

VENDORS WHO CHOOSE TO PARK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
RISK IMMEDIATE EXPLUSION FROM THE FAIR.

I’m sure you will have questions. We will be in touch with parking passes and shuttle schedules, plus any changes or additions to the parking program.

Thanks for helping the festival be a great neighbor, and we’ll see you at the Fair!
