CLOSED FOR 2019 APPLICATIONS!

We are not accepting any additional applications for the 2019 Hyde Park Street Fair. 100% of vendor spaces are claimed and our wait list is full, so additional applications will not be considered and will be discarded or returned to sender.

All applicants who applied by the deadline should have received notification at this time. If you applied prior to the deadline and have not heard back, please contact event planners at hpsfvendors@gmail.com.

If you missed out for this year’s Fair, please keep us in mind for 2020: applications are always posted on or around February 1st, and early apps have the best chances. Mark your calendar for 2020 now!


NEED TO KNOW INFO:

  • HPSF 2019 is scheduled for September 13th-15th, 2019
  • This year there are two versions of the application (food and non-food) – please be sure to download the correct application for your vendor type.
  • Vendor application deadline is June 1, 2019. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
    • Fee checks must be included with application.
    • Application fee is non-refundable; booth fee is refundable if not accepted to event.
    • Application must be completed in full – please carefully follow the instructions!
    • Submitting an application is not a guarantee of acceptance. Notification of acceptance will be sent July 2, 2019.
