When: September 12-14th 2025
Fair Hours: Friday 4pm-9:30pm
Saturday 10am-9:30pm
Sunday 10am-6:00pm (excludes food court)

Application Deadline: May 2nd 2025
Acceptance Notification no later than July 1st 2025.
$45 Application Fee (non-refundable once accepted to the fair)
$150 - Non-Profit (501c3 number needed)
$375 - Craft Vendor (items made by seller)
$425 - Commercial Vendor (items NOT made by seller)
Corner Spots add $150 to fee
Electricity add $100 to fee
All booth spaces are 12x12 ft. Double space are available when submitting application. Tents and Canopies only.
Vendors will be invoiced for Booth and Application Fees via North End Neighborhood Association (NENA) online payment processing program.

ALL VENDORS (including Non-Profits) ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THE IDAHO TAX COMMISSION FORM PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE- GO TO- Tax.Idaho.gov/GoToTap.
