Idaho Smart Growth held a series of public workshops on the potential redevelopment of this block, bordered by Bella, Hazel, 24th, and 25th streets. This report presents conclusions from that effort and recommends action steps for the NENA board regarding the redevelopment of this property.
The project is currently moving into a phase of individual action on individual buildings on the site. NENA continues to monitor progress and maintain regular communication with the developer.
