The North End Neighborhood Association is soliciting Proposals from qualified parties and individuals to organize and run the 2026 Hyde Park Street Fair.

Event Coordinator (with potential roles for Vendor Coordinator, Music Director, Main Stage Manager, and Site Logistics Coordinator).

​

Beer Vendor & Beer Garden Operator

​

Interesting firms, parties, and individuals are review the linked RFP's above and respond with their proposal by end of day November 30th, 2025.

​

Any questions or clarification requests are to be submitted by the end of day November 15th, 2025.

Friday, September 18th: 4pm - 9:30pm

Saturday, September 19th: 10am - 9:30pm

Sunday, September 20th: 10am - 6pm

As Boise's most unique arts & music festival, Hyde Park Street Fair welcomes a variety of participants: non-profits, craft & commercial vendors, food & beverage vendors, and two stages packed with music and entertainment - all with a focus on local and always free to attend.

 

Set against the stunning backdrop of Camel's Back Park in the historic North End neighborhood, the Fair is Boise's favorite tradition since 1979.

All proceeds from the Fair benefit the non-profit North End Neighborhood Association in support of neighborhood and community programming such as school grants, neighborhood improvement projects, community partnerships/donations, and neighborhood events. Thank you for your support!

ABOUT US

The North End Neighborhood Association (NENA) is a non-profit organization serving Boise’s Historic North End since 1976. NENA represents, preserves, and protects the historic, social, cultural, and environmental character of Boise’s North End neighborhood.

 

Anyone over the age of 18 who lives, works, owns a business, or owns property in the North End Neighborhood is eligible to become a member of NENA.

We engage neighbors in developing creative solutions for positive change. We have fun celebrating and embracing the diversity of our neighborhood that is essential to civic unity. We listen to, respond to, represent, and collaborate for our neighbors’ interests.
