Short term rentals in this context mean AirBnB/VRBO-type rentals that are available for short stays as little as one night and are often used as alternatives to traditional hotel lodging.
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in this context mean a secondary livable space on the same property as your primary, owner-occupied residence. In this context, ADUs can include a duplex, triplex, or other multi-unit setup where one unit is owner-occupied and one or more units in the same structure are used as rentals.
